Angel Lush With Pineapple

  • 1 pkg-4 serving size Jello Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding and Pie Filling
  • 1-20 oz can Dole crushed pineapple in juice; undrained
  • 1 c Cool Whip topping; thawed
  • 1 pkg-10 oz prepared round angel food cake
  • 10 small strawberries

Mix the dry pudding mix and pineapple with juice in a medium bowl. Gently stir in whipped topping. Cut cake horizontally into three layers. Place bottom cake layer; cut side up, on a serving plate. Spread 1-1/3 cups of the pudding mixture onto the cake layer. Cover with the middle layer of cake. Spread 1 cup of the pudding mixture onto the middle layer of cake and top with the remaining cake layer. Spread with the remaining pudding mixture and on this layer and garnish with strawberries. Refrigerate at least one hour or until ready to serve. Makes 10 servings.
