Marinated Pork Tenderloin With Dijon and Balsamic Vinegar

  • 2 1/2 lbs. Pork Tenderloin
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil (what's up with all these 1/4 cups?!)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar

Using a sharp knife trim the pork tenderloin of fat and silver skin. With a fork, poke several holes in the pork. Whisk mustard, vinegar, oil, garlic and brown sugar in a small bowl. Place the pork in a large resealable Ziplock bag. Add the marinade and massage until the pork is well covered. Let marinate 8-12 hours. Turn the grill on high, remove the pork from the Ziplock and grill to your preference. Slice the pork in 1/2 inch slices and put on a serving platter. Discard marinade. Serves 6-8. Note: Can you say easy peasy, lemon squeezy??!! I love this marinade.
