Ambrosia Fruit Salad

  • 4 medium oranges
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
     
 
Peel orange and cut crosswise into thin slices. Place in serving bowl. Peel and slice banana in thin slices with oranges. Blend orange juice and honey. Toss fruit mixture with honey sauce. Sprinkle with coconut and pecans. Makes 4 servings.
