Stuffed Mushrooms

  • Marinade:
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic, minced
  • Stuffing:
  • 1 lb. crabmeat, well picked over for shells
  • 1 (14oz can) artichoke hearts, cut into quarters
  • 1/2 cup softened cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • salt & pepper to taste
     
 
Marinade: Combine marinade ingredients and marinate mushrooms for 20 minutes. Stuffing: Heat oven to 350 degrees. Soften cream cheese and mix all ingredients together for the filling. Remove mushrooms from marinade and bake for 15 minutes. remove from oven and stuff the mushrooms return to oven and bake for another 15-20 minutes. Serve warm! Enjoy!
